A Telecalling Executive is responsible for:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Promoting products or services
- Building relationships and trust with customers
- Identifying and qualifying leads
- Handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Meeting call volume and sales targets
- Updating customer information and databases
- Collaborating with sales teams and other departments
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Some specific responsibilities may include:
- Making cold calls to new customers
- Following up with existing customers
- Pitching products or services
- Answering customer questions
- Resolving customer complaints
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Meeting daily or weekly call targets
- Participating in training and coaching sessions
- Using CRM software and other tools
The goal is to build strong relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through effective communication and customer engagement.
