The executive will be responsible to make outgoing calls to customers who has shown interest in our services, respond to inquiries and provide general information.
He/ She will be a member of the primary contact team for the interested customers in the products we offer through social media platform and will be responsible for assisting them over the phone.
The agent will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Outgoing calls and respond to customer's emails
Elaborate service information's and features to the customers and onboard the customer.

Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Must have the capability to convert the leads into sales.
