Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or database
- Introduce our products/services to prospects and explain their benefits and features
- Engage in meaningful conversations to build rapport with customers and address their queries
- Identify potential sales opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitors
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends
