Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Executive at GoAid located in Hisar. The Tele Executive will be responsible for handling emergency medical service inquiries, booking ambulances through the app, coordinating ambulance arrivals, and providing essential support to patients in need.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Basic medical knowledge and understanding of emergency protocols
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using technology and mobile applications
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends as required
