Handle the end to end admission process.
Experience in counselling students for admission and promoting facilities.
Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings.
Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the Institute.
Maintain regular communication with students & parents for coordinating admission activities and addressing the concerns.
Maintaining a record on the follow ups / walk-ins received and sharing with the marketing teams.
Counsellors are generally office based but occasionally will need to travel to local institutes & colleges for conducting workshops and seminars.
Excellent planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Possess outstanding written, verbal, interpersonal, and computer skills.
