Job Summary:
The Tele Counsellor will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or students, understanding their needs, and providing information about our products or services. The role involves guiding customers through the decision-making process, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counselling:
- Listen actively to customers needs and concerns.
- Guide customers through the decision-making process by explaining options and benefits.
- Help students or customers choose the right product/service based on their requirements.
- Sales Support:
- Support the sales team by generating leads and setting up meetings or appointments.
- Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on call activities and results.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Languages e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Positive attitude, patience, and resilience in dealing with customers.
- Sales & Persuasion Skills:
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Persuasive with strong negotiation skills.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to learn and use new software applications.

Pay: 6,000.00 - 10,000.00 per month
