Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective parents and provide information about Crimson Schools and its many USPs.
Answer inbound inquiries about Admissions and motivate parents to secure admissions in crimson school.
Set appointments for School visit and coordinate with Campus Counsellors to ensure parents have a great experience and meaningful interactions with School academic team.
Collect Documents from parents to support the admission process.
Prepare and share daily and weekly calling reports, appointment schedule and conversion related records with the management.
Maintain and update all database of potential parents on CRM.
Stay updated with the latest information on school initiatives and events to appraise prospective parents.
Attend marketing events to support school counsellors and Sales head to generate leads and create a positive experience for the potential clients (parent and children).
A bachelor's degree or higher. Previous experience in tele-counselling for any educational institute is desired.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over call.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve target
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Monday to Friday 10:00am to 7:00pm
