Counsel the institutes regarding the educational course and program selection and admission requirement.- Resolving queries and issues related to the services.
Asking questions to the students and understanding their specifications.
- Answering phones and explaining the services offered by the company.
Handling the inbound outbound calls.- Follow-ups for admissions, fee collections, follow-ups for fees, Student feedback, and batch assigning.
Initiating sales with potential leads over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage Students and keep the conversation going.
Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.- Gathering and documenting Student information, payment methods.
Answering Student's questions on the Courses.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Negotiation and contract management expertise.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
