Working Time
- 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)
- 10 am to 7 pm office hours
- Sunday Fixed off
Minimum Education
- Graduate
- Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with result in hand.)

Gender: Female/ Male
Industry Exposure Required
- Can communicate effectively in Hindi and English
- Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/Lead generation
- Familiarity with the Lead Generation process
- Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.
- Effectively communicate in Hindi and English to engage with a diverse audience.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and tele sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the database.
- Provide information about products or services and answer any queries from customers.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall team targets.
- Stay informed about product/service features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.
Skills And Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Previous experience in Outbound Tele calling, Tele Sales, or lead generation.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
