Aldun is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collection Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers to negotiate payment plans, tracking overdue accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sense of integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. Prior experience in collections is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
