Tele calling - IT services (Hardware, Cybersecurity, Cloud)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele calling - IT services (Hardware, Cybersecurity, Cloud). The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote and sell information security services, hardware, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions offered by ConceptNXT Technologies.

• Experience in Tele calling and sales
• Knowledge of IT services, Hardware, Cybersecurity, and Cloud solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical individuals
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Experience in the information security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
