Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide detailed information about products and services.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services.- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.- Excellent Communication Skills
