Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to builders, contractors, and architects from the provided database to introduce and promote our MEP services.
- Generate interest in our offerings by presenting the benefits and value of our services.
- Identify potential leads, qualify them, and gather relevant information.
- Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine the outreach strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or MEP industry.
