Job Description

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    1. Call and validate generated leads to assess their interest and authenticity.
  2. 2. Provide detailed information about our products/services to potential clients.
  3. 3. Schedule and confirm appointments for site visits with leads and the sales team.
  4. 4. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  5. 5. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
  7. Requirements:
    Qualification - Any qualification is fine
  8. Language - Good English and Good Tamil with basic computer knowledge-Only Female candidates with at least 1 year experience in Real Estate(Preferable or any other sales)
  9. Experience - 1 year experience in Tele calling or in sales conversion
  10. Other Details:
    Work day : 6 days working- (Tuesday weekly off) Work timings is 10am to 6.30pm
  11. Location : Old No. 156, New No. 205, Doshi Towers, 5th Floor, Poonamallee High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600010
  12. No. of Agents : 2
