We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele caller to join our team. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our travel services, and converting leads into bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel.
Outbound Calls: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our travel services and special offers.
- Lead Conversion: Engage with leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into confirmed bookings.
Customer Support:
Provide detailed information about travel packages, itineraries, pricing, and booking procedures to customers over the phone.Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls with clients who have expressed interest in our services but have not yet booked, addressing any questions or concerns.Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and customer experience.
Database Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and inquiries in our CRM system.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth customer journey.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide relevant information and advice to clients.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive manner.Sales Skills:
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to close deals and handle objections.Customer Service: A customer-first attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in, English, Hindi, etc.Time Management:
