Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Calling Executive at John Pride in Pitampura. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing product information. They will also assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills and familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of textile and apparel industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
