We are currently seeking a highly motivated Tele Caller Executive to join our dynamic team. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments for our training programs, which are designed to equip students with practical skills and expertise in robotics. Additionally, the role entails communicating effectively about our robotics products and services catered to educational institutions. The Tele Caller Executive will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of our training programs and robotics products/services.
- Convert leads into enrollments for our training programs through persuasive communication and active follow-up.
- Maintain a database of leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness for effective lead management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our training programs, products, and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or similar roles, preferably in the education or technology sector is advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
