Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and building relationships with potential customers to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products.
- Generate leads and follow up on existing leads to close sales
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should be good in verbal communication in English, Hindi and Kannada.
