Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Home Loan Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will contact potential customers, explain our home loan products, and assist them with the loan application process. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote home loan products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for home loans.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to loan processing.
- Assist customers in filling out loan applications and ensure timely documents are submitted.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on their application status.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer information in the database.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet monthly loan targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking and financial regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Languages: Fluency in [Hindi/English/Bengali.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of banking and home loan processes is an advantage.
Salary:
