- Initiate outbound calls & inbound queries to prospective customers to promote our photography services.
- Provide detailed information to customer about our upcoming and ongoing shoot.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Resolve customer complaints with team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and converting potential leads into satisfied customers.
- Follow-up: Performing follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
