Job Description

  • Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers or leads to promote products, services, or offers.
  • Inbound Calls: Receiving incoming calls from customers or clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
  • Lead Generation: Conducting outbound calls to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Customer Support: Assisting customers with product or service-related questions, concerns, and issues.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling appointments, meetings, or service calls for sales representatives or field agents.
  • Market Research: Conducting surveys or market research to collect data and feedback from respondents.
  • Product or Service Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the organization to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Script Adherence: Following call scripts or guidelines provided by the organization to ensure a consistent message and compliance with regulations.

Eligibility
Excellent English Speaking

Age: 18+

Willing to work in Night Shift

Fixed Salary + Allowance + Incentive

5 Days Working, Sat & Sun Fixed Off

Free Cab Facility
