Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pre Sales/Tele calling Executive to join
our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients,
understanding their needs, and scheduling site visits. The role requires excellent communication
skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Outbound Calls:
Make a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day to potential clients to introduce
and promote our products/services.
Use a prepared script to provide accurate information and engage potential
clients effectively.
Lead Qualification:
Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and requirements.
Ask pertinent questions to ascertain the suitability of the lead for our offerings.
Document lead details and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Product/Service Presentation:
Provide detailed information about our products/services, highlighting key
features and benefits.
Address any questions or concerns the potential client may have during the call.
Tailor the conversation to the client's interests and needs to maximize
engagement.
Schedule Site Visits:
Arrange site visits for qualified leads, coordinating with the sales and operations
teams to ensure availability.
Primarily focus on scheduling site visits on weekends to accommodate clients
convenience.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients to ensure attendance.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to leads who have shown interest but have
not yet committed to a site visit.
Maintain regular contact with leads who have scheduled visits to provide any
necessary information and confirm attendance.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads and
clients in the CRM system.
Ensure all information is logged promptly and accurately for tracking and
reporting purposes.
Generate reports on call activities, lead status, and conversion rates as required
by management.
Feedback Collection:
Gather feedback from clients post-visit to understand their experience and
address any outstanding queries.
Relay feedback to the sales and product teams to help improve our offerings
and client interactions.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead
generation to sales closure.
Share insights and trends observed during calls with the marketing and product
teams to help refine strategies and offerings.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and
opportunities for improvement.
Target Achievement:
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads
qualified, and site visits scheduled.
Strive to exceed targets by adopting innovative approaches and leveraging best
practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and performance.
Seek feedback from peers and supervisors to continuously improve call quality
and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a similar presales role.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
