Role Description
This is a full-time on-office role for a Telecaller at InvestoXpert Advisors Pvt Ltd in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about properties, and answering customer queries. The Telecaller will also schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry and property buying process
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in any field
