Tele callers

A Telecallers is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions. Input customer information into computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities. Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services. Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.
