We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our institute's growth by effectively communicating with potential students, providing information about our courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process. The Tele caller will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image of the institute through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- It is a Full Time Customer Support / Tele Caller job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service while addressing inquiries, resolving disputes.- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into successful enrollments.
Answer incoming inquiries from potential students and provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and admission procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Basic knowledge of computer courses and technology trends.
- High school diploma; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a bonus.
