Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, handle inbound calls, and resolve customer queries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, and generate leads.
Inbound Calling: Handle inbound calls from customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues they may have.
Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers, and convert them into sales.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions, sales, and leads in our CRM system.
Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights to improve sales performance.
