Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Akshaya Nagar, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
- Clearly and persuasively explain products and services to customers
- Record and update accurate customer information in the CRM system
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales targets
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat sales
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in sales or post-sales roles, preferably with experience in customer
upselling and cross-selling
- Strong verbal communication skills; multilingual candidates are preferred
- Experience in the sports and nutrition industry is a plus
- Basic knowledge of nutrition is an added advantage
- Proficient with basic computer operations and CRM software
