Overview
The Tele caller plays a crucial role in our organization as they are the first point of contact with potential customers. Their ability to engage and persuade leads directly impacts the company's revenue. This remote position requires a self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products or services to prospects over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads to promote products or services
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Follow up with prospects via phone or email
- Manage and update customer databases
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns
- Provide information about products or services
- Document all communications with customers
- Meet daily call quotas
- Adhere to scripts and comply with quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
