As A Tele Caller, You Will Be Responsible For Making Outbound Calls To Potential Students Who Are Interested In Studying Abroad. Your Main Goal Will Be To Provide Them With Information About Our Educational Programs, Answer Their Questions, And Encourage Them To Enroll In Our Courses.

Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls To Potential Students And Provide Them With Information About Our Educational Programs

Answer Incoming Calls From Prospective Students And Provide Them With Relevant Information About Our Courses And Services

Build Rapport With Students Over The Phone And Identify Their Educational Needs

Schedule Appointments For Interested Students To Meet With Our Educational Counselors

Follow Up With Students Who Have Shown Interest In Our Courses And Provide Them With Additional Information As Required

Keep Accurate Records Of All Student Interactions And Update Our Database With Relevant Information

Achieve Weekly And Monthly Targets For Number Of Calls Made And Appointments Scheduled

Participate In Training And Development Programs To Enhance Your Skills And Knowledge Of Our Educational Programs And Services
