Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls To Potential Students And Provide Them With Information About Our Educational Programs
- Answer Incoming Calls From Prospective Students And Provide Them With Relevant Information About Our Courses And Services
- Build Rapport With Students Over The Phone And Identify Their Educational Needs
- Schedule Appointments For Interested Students To Meet With Our Educational Counselors
- Follow Up With Students Who Have Shown Interest In Our Courses And Provide Them With Additional Information As Required
- Keep Accurate Records Of All Student Interactions And Update Our Database With Relevant Information
- Achieve Weekly And Monthly Targets For Number Of Calls Made And Appointments Scheduled
- Participate In Training And Development Programs To Enhance Your Skills And Knowledge Of Our Educational Programs And Services
