Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Vijayawada for Tele Callers & Empanelment Executive at MDIndia Health Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd. As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to customers to make themnundergo prepolicy medicals. You will provide information, answer queries, and assist customers in selecting the right diagnostic centre/Hospital to undergo medicals. For As Empanelment Executive their role would be to empanel new diagnostic centres and Hospitals in Andhra & Telungana.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and regional languages
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telecalling software
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
