We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller Lead to join our dynamic team and
drive our customer outreach and sales/collection efforts.
Job Summary:
The Tele-caller Lead will oversee the tele-calling team (outbound calls), manage daily operations, and
ensure that the team meets its targets. This role involves monitoring performance, providing training
and guidance, and handling escalations. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a proven
track record in tele-calling or customer service and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a tele-calling team, manage tasks and schedules, monitor performance, and
conduct regular team meetings for updates and training.
Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and provide feedback and coaching.
Develop and conduct training sessions, continuously mentor tele-callers, and stay updated on
industry trends.
Handle complex inquiries and escalations professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction
and retention.
Track team performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify trends and inform
decisions.
Identify process improvements, implement changes for efficiency, and collaborate cross-
functionally for streamlined operations and improved customer service.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is a must.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, with 2-3 years in a supervisory position.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong problem-solving abilities.
