Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential and existing customers to promote and explain our products or services.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.Customer Interaction:
Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.Data Entry: Record and update customer information, call outcomes, and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Sales Support: Assist with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and providing additional information to help close sales.
Reporting:
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly call metrics and sales performance to the management team.Compliance:
Ensure all calls and interactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers about their experience and relay it to the appropriate departments for improvement
