Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments with potential clients through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and interests and determining if they are a good fit for our products/services.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and appointment scheduling.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience working with a CRM system and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment quotas.
