Camp Automation is Tele-caller Representative Intern Job Description: We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-caller Representative Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A Tele-caller is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote a company's products or services. The Tele-caller may also be responsible for describing the company and its products to potential customers. This may involve talking about the company's history, its mission and values, and the benefits of its products or services. It is important for the Tele- caller to be knowledgeable about the company and its offerings in order to effectively promote them to potential customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services in The tele caller representative will typically be responsible for making calls to potential order to create interest in the brand. clients to schedule demos. The tele-caller representative will need to manage schedules to ensure that demos are scheduled at times that are convenient for potential clients. It's important for tele-caller representatives to maintain accurate records of the demos that have been scheduled, as well as any notes or observations from the calls. After a demo has been scheduled, the tele-caller representative may be responsible for following up with attendees to confirm details and provide any necessary logistics (e.g. login information for a virtual demo). They may also follow up after the demo to address any questions or concerns and to gather feedback. Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers with an excellent impression of a company through effective customer relations. Skills: Excellent phone, email, and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Good understanding of customer service standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of customer service software. Eligibility: 1. Fresher Graduate fluent in English Spoken Communication 2. Residing in Bangalore or Open to relocate to Bangalore. 3. Can start the internship immediately. 4. Available for full-time internship at Office. Note: This is an internship with job offer. Stipend Paid during first 4 months of internship: Rs.6,000/month
