- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.

Update customer information in the database accurately.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.- High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
