G-TEC Computer Education, a leading name in IT education worldwide, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Tele Caller for our Kannur team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students, parents, and guardians via phone calls. Your main goal will be to promote our educational programs, courses, and services, and to assist with the enrolment process.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and guardians to promote educational programs and services.
* Receive inbound calls from interested individuals and provide detailed information about our academic offerings, admission requirements, and fees.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections raised by callers, and provide accurate and helpful responses to ensure a positive experience.
Pay: 10,000 - 12,000per month
