About your new Role:

Maintain accurate customer records.

Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Emails and Social Media Accounts & Google Play

Consoles

Actively participate in team meetings.

Communicate with the customer in real-time.

Incentives for achieving the rating targets.

Requirements:

Any graduate degree.

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Ability to perform multiple tasks.

Fluent in Hindi, English and one of the following languages: ( Bengali, Tamil, Assamese, Telugu)

Comfortable with Calling in bulk and in work from home setup.

Comfortable with flexible rosters and might have to work on weekends.
