Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller for website sales in the USA shift. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our website solutions, and driving sales conversions. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating the value of our services.

Responsibities:

• Develop and maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients.
• Understand the business needs of the clients.
• Proficiency in English language
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of website solutions and technology sales
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in website sales process is a plus
• Timing- 8PM - 5AM (Night Shift).

Qualification:

• 2 years of proven experience
• Strong command of the English Language,grammar, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with website and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
