Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using the provided lead lists.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential customers.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
- Needs Assessment: Listen to customers needs, answer their questions, and tailor solutions to match their requirements.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to make a purchase.
- Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns confidently to overcome obstacles to the sale.
- Closing Sales: Skillfully close sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process.
- Follow-Up: Maintain contact with potential customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant data in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
