Job Description: Telecalling Executive

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our Telecalling team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote company products/services, answer their queries. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone demeanor, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


Initiate outbound calls to potential customers based on provided lead lists or databases.

Introduce our products/services to potential clients and explain their benefits and features.

Answer incoming calls from interested customers and provide accurate information about our offerings.

Handle objections and concerns effectively, addressing any doubts the customer might have.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions with potential clients.

Qualify leads based on established criteria and accurately enter relevant information into the CRM system.

Follow up with potential clients who have shown initial interest but haven't made a decision yet.

Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about company trends.

Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Proven experience in a telecalling or telemarketing role is advantageous.

Ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations and address their concerns.

Familiarity basic computer skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and services.

Ability to work as part of a team.

communication skills in multiple languages is preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 8,
  • 00 - 15,000.00 per month
