We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-calling & Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 months of experience in tele-calling and appointment setting, preferably within the domestic market & in Saas products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the domestic market.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify leads.
- Set appointments for our sales representatives with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Up to 6 months of experience in tele-calling and appointment setting, preferably in the domestic market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
