Job highlights We are looking for a Telecaller to boost our sales by communicating with current and possible customers / clients . A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and do presentation on Our Projects . To be able to provide the best tele calling experience, you must know how to convince the toughest of the client to purchase our offering
Good Communication
- Keeping oneself updated about the recent upgrades and projects of the company.
- Responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our offers and fix meeting for sales team.
- Responsible for calling customers answering their queries related to the product/services.
- Contact potential and existing customers to explain the product services offered.
- Keep records of calls inquiries and note useful information.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their real estate requirement.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
- Requirements:
Good Communication.
- Industry Experience : 0-3yrs
