Job Overview: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling inbound calls, providing information about products or services, and addressing customer inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Outbound Calling:- Make calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.- Maintain a script or adapt to customer conversations to achieve sales targets.
Inbound Calls:- Handle incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and answering queries.
Process orders, registrations, or service requests as needed.Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Update customer data as needed and ensure records are up-to-date.
Reporting:
- Report on daily, weekly, or monthly call statistics, sales achievements, and other relevant metrics.
Provide feedback to management on customer responses and any issues encountered.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.- Ensure calls are made and handled in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.Experience:
Previous experience in a telecalling, sales, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.- Ability to handle objections and work towards achieving sales targets.
