We are looking for a dynamic and experienced telecaller to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. As a Tele-calling professional, you will play a crucial role in generating sales and providing excellent customer service. Your duties will involve making outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Making cold calls to prospective clients to market our services.
Achieving sales targets by communicating product features and benefits to potential clients.
Maintaining positive rapport with clients to build long-term relationships.
Staying updated on servicing details, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client companies interactions.
Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift 10am to 6pm (Mon-Sat).
