Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our growth by effectively engaging with potential and existing customers.
  • Role Overview: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services, handle inquiries, and generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Customer Interaction:
Provide accurate information about products/services, answer questions, and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
  • Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest and potential.
Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
Sales and Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
  • Follow up on sales leads and potential customer inquiries to close deals.
Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Document call outcomes and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
