We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our growth by effectively engaging with potential and existing customers.
- Role Overview: The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services, handle inquiries, and generate leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
Outbound Calling:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
Conduct market research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.
Provide accurate information about products/services, answer questions, and address customer concerns effectively.- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Lead Generation and Qualification:- Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest and potential.
Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales opportunities in the CRM system.Sales and Targets:
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Follow up on sales leads and potential customer inquiries to close deals.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Document call outcomes and update customer information in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.Experience:
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.Skills:- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle objections and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
