We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our automobile products and services, and generating leads for our sales team.

• Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automobile products and services.

• Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.

Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly call and lead generation targets.

• Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of automobiles and the automotive industry is a plus.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related field is a plus.

• Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
