We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in reaching out to potential clients, presenting our EdTech products and services, and generating valuable leads. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and driving company growth.
Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to potential clients, including schools, colleges, and individual learners, to introduce them to our EdTech solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive cold calling and follow-up on inquiries.
Product Explanation:
Clearly explain our offerings, address questions, and handle concerns to spark interest and engagement.Follow-Up:
Maintain regular contact with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process.Database Management: Accurately update and manage customer databases with relevant information.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and progress towards sales targets.
Customer Feedback:
Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and improve satisfaction.Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to sales closure.Experience:
1-2 years in telecalling, ideally within the EdTech or education sector.Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging speaking style.Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Tech-Savvy:
