Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive at Real Estate company in Noida. The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about real estate services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, promoting real estate offerings, and contributing to the overall client acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Following up on leads generated through various channels
- Maintaining customer databases and updating information in MS-Excel
- Resolving customer queries and providing relevant information
- Achieving daily and monthly targets set by the company
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
