The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about real estate services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, promoting real estate offerings, and contributing to the overall client acquisition process.
Making outbound calls to prospective clients
- Following up on leads generated through various channels
Maintaining customer databases and updating information in MS-Excel- Resolving customer queries and providing relevant information
Achieving daily and monthly targets set by the company
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships
Collaborating with the sales team to meet organizational goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service
Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
